Refund & Cancellation Policy

Account Books provides software subscriptions and related business services on a yearly or customized billing basis.

All plans and pricing are clearly displayed on our website before purchase.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• →Duplicate payment made by mistake
• →Technical issue resulting in inability to access the service for an extended period due to our fault
• →Incorrect billing caused by system error
• →Service not activated after successful payment

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Account Books.

The following are generally non-refundable:

• ✕Subscription fees after successful account activation
• ✕Partial usage periods
• ✕Custom setup or implementation services
• ✕Third-party integration charges
• ✕Customized development work
• ✕Training, onboarding, or consulting services

Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid fees.

If a refund is approved:

• →Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• →Processing may take 7–15 business days depending on banking/payment providers
• →Users will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated

Users are encouraged to contact Account Books support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
